Gary Weisman is co-owner of General Development Company, LLC. Mr. Weisman is responsible for strategic planning, broker relations, procurement and placement of equity and debt, marketing, property management oversight, investor and lessee relations.
Mr. Weisman is third generation in the real estate business since 1934. Since founding General Development Company, LLC over 33 years ago, Gary has guided the company through the development and acquisition of over 5 million square feet of industrial, office, high tech, and distribution projects.
A native Detroiter, he attended Michigan State University. Gary is active in a number of local causes.

Principal
Bruce Brickman is co-owner of General Development Company, LLC. Mr. Brickman is responsible for real estate development/acquisition, financing, equity and debt placement, construction management activities, and client real estate consulting needs. With over 25 years experience in the commercial/industrial real estate and construction business, Mr. Brickman has been responsible for the development and acquisition of over 100 industrial and commercial projects ranging in size from 10,000 sq. ft. to 1,000,000+ square feet.
Bruce has a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, and is active in a number of local causes.
Ron Karadeema | VCARD
Controller/Human Resource Director
As the Controller for General Development Company, LLC Ron is responsible for the Company’s accounting, financing and financial reporting, and provides overall direction for the Information Systems, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury and Human Resources departments. Ron has over 18 years experience in property management and real estate accounting. Prior to that, he worked in accounting for Aco Hardware, the largest privately owned hardware retailer in Michigan.
Ron holds a bachelor degree from the University of Michigan.
Stacy S. Fields | VCARD
Asset Manager / Business Development
Stacy advances and oversees the day-to-day management operations for General Development’s real estate needs. Stacy also administers marketing and public relations relative to Tenants, Real Estate Brokers and new business development. Stacy is the lead leasing coordinator for General Development Company, LLC.
Prior to joining the General Development team, Stacy served as an Industrial Real Estate Broker for eleven years. Stacy has over 17 years experience in Commercial Real Estate and property management.
Stacy received a B.B.A in Finance and Merchandising. Stacy also holds a Real Estate Brokers License.
David Dobrovich | VCARD
Construction Management Director
David serves General Development Company, LLC in the capacity of Construction Management Director for all real estate activities.
David has over 35 years of construction experience, ranging from field construction management, architectural and engineering design and complete project management. His clients have included firms such as Dykema Gossett, Ford Motor Co, Thyssen Steel, Toyota Boshoku, United Solar Ovonics, US Farathane, and Emerson Electric, to name a few. He has managed the construction of facilities from 15,000-500,000 square feet and has renovated over a million square feet of interior space.
David has a BFA in Interior Architecture from Wayne State University graduating cum laude.
Jen Southard | VCARD
Administrative Director
In this role, Jen oversees the daily operational activities of the office including marketing, research and development, administrative duties, office logistics, project file management and communications distribution.
Jen is a long standing business professional holding Office Management positions in the Automotive industry prior to joining General Development Company, LLC.
Jen is currently seeking her degree in Business Administration, is active in local fundraising charities, and a notary public.
